Apple Kugel (Apple Pudding)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat the oil, sugar and eggs together. Add rest of ingredients and bake in well-greased medium sized pan until set, about 1 1-? hours. Serve warm.

Ingredients

• 6 green apples peeled and sliced
• 1 cup of sugar
• 1/2 cup of oil
• 2 teaspons of cinnamon
• 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
• 1 cup of flour
• 4 eggs
